* After Party

A perfect cleanser after a night’s hard partying…


5 carrots, chopped
1 apple, chopped
2 Stalks of celery, chopped
½ Beetroot, chopped


Method:


Blend the chopped fruits in a blender until smooth.

Add water as required.

Serve chilled.

* Grilled Sandwich

Delightfully simple and tasty, Your kids would love to gorge on this easy to make snack

Cooking time 15-20 mins

Ingredients:

  • 4 bread slices
  • 2tbsp butter
  • 2tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 large Onion(chopped)
  • 1 large Tomato(chopped)
  • 200 gms. Pizza cheese
  • Slat and black pepper powder(to taste)

    Method:
  • Apply little butter on both sides of the bread.
  • In a microwave safe bowl steam all the vegetables at 100% power for 30 secs.
  • Apply sauce on one side of the bread and spread the steamed vegetables on it.
  • Sprinkle with the grated cheese and grill at the high rack on non stick tawa/ microwave safe flat dish for 10-15 mins or till the cheese melts.
  • Relish with chutney and potato wafers.

    Health Tips:

    Use toned milk paneer, sprouts or non vegetarian topping of your taste.
